Associate Attorney - Litigation

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a well-established litigation law firm on the search for a 2+ years' Associate Attorney to handle a caseload of commercial litigation matters. This candidate will ideally be licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon, and should be comfortable working independently on complex matters.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, independently and in coordination with team members.
  • Conduct factual investigations and develop case strategies.
  • Oversee document productions and manage a variety of discovery tasks.
  • Prepare witnesses for depositions.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions.
  • Review and interpret policies, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare for and participate in court hearings, including delivering oral arguments.
  • Assist with trial preparation and attend trial, including supporting trial teams and conducting direct and cross-examinations.
